Pump-Out
Pumpty Dumpty Services is free to boaters in Brentwood Bay and nearby Saanich Inlet with the long-term goal of keeping the Inlet clean and healthy.
How It Works
Step 1
Make sure your holding tank system is well maintained and the tank vent is functioning. You will be asked to sign a waiver indicating the tank is properly vented and Pumpty Dumpty Services is not responsible for damage caused by improperly vented tanks.
Step 2
Book a date on our website booking form.
You will be asked to review and acknowledge the waiver before completing the booking.
The date and time of the pump-out will be confirmed by email or text message.
Step 3
Be at your vessel at the appointed time; Pumpty Dumpty monitors VHF 66a while operating on the water.
We’ll do our best to be at your vessel within 15 minutes of the scheduled time but sometimes delays happen.
Step 4
The service is free but donations are appreciated and necessary to keep the service operating.
